Affiliate Program Agreement

These terms govern your participation in the Powerhouse Affiliate referral program. By promoting Powerhouse Affiliate and earning commissions, you agree to these terms in full.

Becoming an Affiliate

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in a country not on our restricted list. A premium Powerhouse Affiliate membership is required to participate in the affiliate program. Your affiliate account on the Vault Media network is created automatically when you join as a premium member.

Agreement Modifications

The company reserves the right to amend these terms with 24-hour notice via website posting, email, or member communications. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Advertising Rules

Affiliates must ensure all promotional materials are truthful and not misleading. The following advertising methods are prohibited:

• Posting in Facebook groups (non-paid/organic)
• Craigslist listings
• Unsolicited emails that do not comply with CAN-SPAM regulations
• Bidding on branded keywords (e.g., “Powerhouse Affiliate”) in paid search without prior approval
• Any form of deceptive or misleading advertising

Income claims in promotional materials must be accompanied by the current earnings disclaimer and a link to our full disclaimer page.

Commission Structure

Commissions are paid weekly for premium members and monthly for free members via wire transfer, Payoneer, or PayPal. Specific commission rates are determined by the active offer terms in the Vault Media network at the time of conversion.

Mentor Bonuses

Tiered referral bonuses are available for affiliates with high direct referral volumes. Details are available inside your affiliate dashboard. Bonus structures are subject to change.

Account Activity and Status

Your affiliate account status is tied to your premium membership. Accounts become inactive upon membership cancellation. Inactive accounts may be removed after 35 days without reapplication. You must reapply to reinstate an inactive affiliate account.

Disciplinary Actions

Violations of these terms may result in, at company discretion: a formal warning, account suspension, permanent account closure, or reassignment of your referrals. The company reserves the right to withhold commissions for policy violations.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with New Brunswick arbitration rules.
